What are the opening hours of Access Ohio?

Generally the Access Ohio facility is open at least from 9AM to 5PM Monday Thru Friday, but often times we are open later to accommodate our clients. Consultations are by Appointment Only so call us today at 614-367-7700 for the East Office and 614-985-3112 for the North Office and let us schedule an office visit convenient for you.

What type of Medicaid does Access Ohio accept?

Access Ohio accepts CareSource, Molina, and most types of Ohio Medicaid. Certain Medicaid programs such as QMB are not eligible. If you have any questions about your eligibility, please call us to verify. East: 614-367-7700 or North: 614-985-3112

Does Access Ohio take Medicare?

Access Ohio is not able to take patients with Medicare Only. However, if you are covered under Medicaid in addition to Medicare or if you are covered by Medicaid alone, we are able to provide you our services.

I don't Live in Columbus/Franklin County but I prefer to be treated by Access Ohio. Can I get my mental health services from Access Ohio even if I don't live nearby?

Absolutely. In fact, we have many clients outside of the immediate central Ohio area that choose to take advantage of our premier mental health care services. Wherever in Ohio you reside, as long as you are covered under most Ohio Medicaid plans, we are able to take you as a new patient. Our North office is convenient not just to Columbus but to many areas including Delaware and Union counties. Or East Office draws from not just Columbus but from Newark, Zanesville, Cambridge and areas within Licking, Fairfield, Perry, and Muskingum counties.
